Twirl Skirt Pattern-FREE

I used to sew for a boutique in Missouri, and have created at least 50 patterns for things in her shop.  So I have decided to start adding them to my ETSY shop.  This one for The Basic Twirl Skirt is on my ETSY shop for $7.00.  However, this week I'm offering it for FREE!!!!!! Click on the picture below to get the PDF download.  It will give you fabric requirements and measurements for 12 months to 8 Years.  Enjoy!  Happy Sewing!

Sorry, this is no longer and active free link.  Please purchase in my ETSY shop.

Clothing Tag Tutorial Prequel

Now that I have changed my shop name and images, I decided to redesign all my clothing labels/tags, and print them in house.  There are sooooo many tutorials out there on how to do your own, but I have tried a ton and failed.  Mostly because of the ink running or disappearing in the wash.  I finally found the right printable fabric packages at JoAnn's.  These are actually washer safe!

June Tailor Washable Colorfast Printer Fabric

So Go out and buy some of these beauties and get ready for the tutorial tomorrow.  Oh, and if you don't have an image or logo that you use, Go ahead and design one, or have yours handy for tomorrow.

PS.  I will have a template for you to download for the size of the ones I use...3x1.25 and they are folded in half.  The actual label is 1.5 x 1.25.  EASY PEASY

Talk to you tomorrow!

Happy New Year

Happy New Year Everyone!  I am having a little difficulty getting up and around today, I hope everyone else is too (that means you had a good time last night).  Anyways, I did a couple sewing tutorials on my other site, A Sprinkle of This.  So I thought I'd bring some of my favorites to you guys as well.  Here is my Bubble Skirt Tutorial.  I also use the same measurements and add it to a bodice top to make some really stunning dresses.  Bubble Dresses are always a huge hit!  So head on over and check it out!
